SOLAR AGRO FARMING

German agro voltaic system based on ten years of experience in the field of food and energy solar / farming. The group has vast experience in the acquisition, development and implementation of renewable energy projects, mainly photovoltaic projects. The group is one of the top 10 solar development and investment companies in Europe. Our projects combine innovative educational programs for the design and implementation of the project, as well as, during the operation of the system for cultivation, harvesting, sale and even packaging of food products. This generates employment during the design, implementation, and maintenance of the projects which continue throughout the life of the project (25+ years).

Key advantages of solar based agriculture for the Communities:

1) 100% of the PV plant will be installed with special solar farming structures and connected to electrical grid. 10% of the area will be ready to start with horticulture production (irrigation system, master trainings), the rest of the agriculture area is extendable;

2) Production of electricity from renewable sources;

3) Locals can participate as cooperatives in the Bio Food franchises, where they will be under the supervision and quality control of experts.

4) The Bio Food franchises will be owned 100 % by the cooperatives members.

5) The cooperatives has 10% franchise fee of training, quality control and marketing assistancefor export.

6) Production of different crops (i.e. tomatoes, paprika, eggplants, etc.), medicinal herbs, decorative.

7) Possibility to export the production to the European Union.

8) Cooperation with local research Institutions for further research and development of these technologies in cooperation with German research institutions.

Requirements:1) A 25 year Power Purchase Agreement with a Feed-in-Tariff (FiT) of of $ 0.08 – $0.12/kWh (eight to twelve dollar cents per kilowatt-hour) plus annual index of energy cost (around 2%). The agreement can be extended or Company is allowed to sell electricity after the 25 years period.

2) A Government Guarantee for the electricity off taker. Bilateral agreements between Companyand the Government to secure the FiT and the terms of the land lease agreements.

3) Suitable land for the project near to an injection point (high voltage power lines, substation), with a lease agreement of 90 year
